Mentor Expectations and Responsibilities:
As a mentor, your role is to offer support, share your experiences, and provide guidance as our students work toward achieving their personal and professional goals. Specifically, we encourage mentors to:
- Meet with students regularly (at least once a month).
- Offer insights into career development and professional growth.
- Help students set actionable career goals and provide constructive feedback.
- Answer any student questions using your professional knowledge.
Program Structure:
Mentor registration will be from May to September 12th, 2025, and the mentorship programs will run from September to April. We will host key events throughout this period, such as orientations, meet-and-greet events, mid-program check-ins, and a Mentor and Mentee breakfast celebration. You will be notified of these events well in advance.
Support and Resources:
We're here to support you throughout your mentoring journey. Visit our Resources webpage for a variety of articles, videos, and tools designed to help you navigate the program and support your mentee effectively. Our team is also available to assist with any questions along the way.
Communication and Meeting Frequency:
We encourage open communication with your mentee. You are free to decide the best mode and frequency of communication—whether through email, phone, or video calls. Typically, we suggest meeting once a month, but you may adjust this based on your schedule.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Mentor Program Administrators for our respective programs:
