Final Month Focus: Finishing Strong
As we approach the end of this year's mentorship cycle, it's a great time to help your mentee reflect, plan, and feel confident moving forward.Ā
Consider focusing your final conversations on:
- Reflecting on your mentee's growth and progress
- Discussing summer plans (internships, jobs, or skill-building)
- Sharing 1-2 key pieces of advice they can carry forward
- Schedule a "final meeting" to wrap up your experience

Not sure what to discuss? Try asking:
- What are you most excited or nervous about this summer?
- What's one skill you want to focus on developing?
- How can I continue to support you after the program ends?
- What has been most valuable from our time together?

Interested in continuing as a mentor next cycle?
Mentor registration for the next cycle opens in June 2026. Returning mentors will simply update their existing form.
Mentors will be matched with a new mentee next cycle, but are welcome to continue their current mentorship outside of the program.
